Thornton Gardens rates vary depending on the home, room size and private or semi-private status. Private rooms are very limiited.
Rates range from as little as $1,850 up to $2,650 per month. Everything except medicine and incontinent supplies is included.
Thornton Gardens does not engage in "leveling" or billing for individual sevices such as bathing or foot care.
All rates are based on a state approved month to month contract with a one year guarantee.
There is a one-time $1,000 move-in fee.
Families often have preferences on which of the three homes is most convenient and suits their needs.
Openings fill very quickly. If you or a family member is considering assisted living, please call today to schedule a preview of the homes and discuss compatability.
If no vacancy exists, Thornton Gardens will place you on a waiting list and contact you immediately when an opening occurs.
